Hey guys, its been a while. 30yrs old, 5'5" 175lbs.

Gonna run 2 weeks on 2 weeks off @ 120/day increasing gradually per day. I get the liquid clen from Lion w/ the pump bottle. It worked great for me in the past & i'll stick w/ it. 20mcg's per pump.
*** FOUND SOME ANSWERS TO MY ORIGINAL QUESTIONS ***
BUT 2 MAIN questions:
1. When I get up to 120mcg/day, do I spread it throughout the day? For example: morning=40mcg, afternoon=40mcg, early evening=40mcg?
2. When I finish the 2 weeks, on the 4th week do I start at 120mcg per day or do I repeat same gradual increasing cycle again? (THIS IS MY MAIN CONCERN)
Please help me clear this up. I appreciate all the helpful feed back.
