    I posted a new album

    if anyone is interested in keeping up with my progress...

    I started getting serious again a few weeks ago. Working harder than I ever have before and loving how I feel. I'm going to do my best to update my pictures weekly so let me know if you have any input and advice. Thanks loves

    You already know that you have been cursed around the hips

    I'd say start working on building more muscle in your legs and glutes and you'll give more of a appearance of a hour glass shape.... Squats, stiff legged deads, and step mill

    just get your diet together, more cardio sessions, less drinking on the weekends (yeah right) and you'll be on your way to supermodel body status

    Haha ily. I've actually cut down to drinking only on fridays, and if even! And I've been eating so clean that I'm surprising even myself. I still need to up the cardio though. I just spent an hour moving my stuff into my dad's house with no a/c and its 80 degrees outside. Phewwww. Going to the gym later tonight too.

    you'll be happy to know that I did 45 elliptical, 15 stairmaster, and legs today!!

    you realize excessive drinking deteriorates muscles in your glutes and legs much more than other places...

    reason why you see a lot of clubbing party girls that do go to the gym a lot and are skinny or "in shape" (to some) but have no ass whatsoever.....

    i still have a blast and not have to be intoxicated when doing so.... maybe i'm just comfortable with myself and a little wild and crazy (horny) at the same time so its alllll good.

    You know I really considered this today actually. I sat down and thought about life in the past year for me...a few recaps: the scar on my hand from fighting and my hand going through a window, roomie getting me fired, and last night. All involve alcohol; all ****ed up my life somehow. The only thing I'm accomplishing is holding myself back. Its not worth it at all.

    Have to agree with Reed on alcohol being poison. Nothing good comes from it, but i am surprised to see that little green symbol in his message. Cool Reed, never knew that.

    Well thats good. But I understand that you still wanna go out and enjoy your young years. You're not even 21 yet so you got time to get it on.... What I'm saying is don't sell yourself short but thinking you don't drink or party as much as you really do..... I see soooooooo many folks that say the same thing then I see them out EVERY weekend drunk but me I got my tilapia in my pocket ready to eat still having a great time not drunk.....

    Na I'm not advocating either use.... Just saying if you are going to chose one party drug of the bunch.... the little green symbol is a much better overall choice. And if I wanted to get a little messed up that would be my first choice as well But I like being in reality.
    I just hate alcohol and the way it makes me feel shitty and weak for more than 24 hours, feels like it drains my muscles etc etc I could go on and on....

    Anyone serious about their physique does NOT drink on the weekends at all.... Once every couple months is me and at that time its like a few drinks over several hours so I don't get that crap feeling......

    Then again depends on your goals, if you just wanna look good for the beach then by all means have fun on the weekends. I won't look down upon a person. I realize everyone's goals are different. But if you're looking to break into the industry and compete (Like someone I know ) then I gotta do everything I can to succeed and not waste a moment......

    Discovered my least 2 favorite areas are glutes and arms.

    Going to be working my ass off this next month so if you have any useful input, feel free to help me out!

    Usually easier to get your feet wet in Figure. Plus you can acheive a Figure physique much quicker than a Bodybuilding one. If you have a good gymnastic or dance background Fitness may be an option as well.

    Best thing you can do is start going to some shows and see what it is the judges are looking for in each division and which one appeals to you the most as well.
