    Great source of info!

    Hi,

    Just got laid off from my job recently in the IT field in order for the company to reduce overhead costs. Pretty shitty, but there is a silver lining. I have more time to work out and focus on my diet. I've been a lurker here for some time and the wealth of knowledge on this site is amazing. I'll have 20 windows open at once because I'm trying to figure out what one term means and end up getting side tracked because I want to know more. It's a lot to take in though, so bear with me if I ask any stupid questions.
