Thumbs down 35 yo New to Cycle

I have read countless threads and found nothing that exactly caters to what my current dilemna is. If any of you could help me, it would be greatly appreciated. I am a 35 yo, 6'3" 230 Lbs with a great deal of lean muscle mass from rock climbing and backpacking through the years (until my slipped disk injury) I have just now been able to begin daily cardio again (15% Grade 3.0 mph Treadmill and Elliptical machine * 45 minutes) and some light weights high reps (mostly kettle bells, push ups, pull ups, olympic rings) via Physical therapy and personal trainer

I put on about 20 lbs of most likely fat since the injury from stagnation and no amount of solid nutrition and cardio seems to change anything. My libido is all but gone and I feel that I am running a testosterone defficiency. I think at may age, it may be time to try something new. I have a belly for the first time in my life and my muscle tone is shrinking. Its very depressing. I do work in a hospital and have extensive knowledge in some areas but i am lost in this because....

I have seen a lot of first time users try havoc and other supplements but many of them are very young (too young) and everyone has different ideas about PCT and pre cycle. I really need to know if at my age and my probable testosterone defficiancy....well i just really need to know exactly what to do and what to get and any help would be appreciated. I am not interested in totally bulking as I am having the complete muscle mass and toned body of my youth...along with the desire to even have sex with my girlfriend. She is about to kill me and unless she initiates it, I never think about it. PLease please help me....thank you so much

Go to a doctor and have your testosterone levels checked out. If you do have a deficiency like you say then he will most likely put you on testosterone replacement therapy.

Thank you. I already tried that, but my HMO (Kaiser Permanent) will not do testosterone therapy for someone who just turned thirty five and does not meet there particular guidelines. Thats why I came here. He reccomended another doctor in the area (Bay Area CA) that will but it is all elective and ...well I think you can put the rest together

I can tell you that extra poundage and a shitty diet can make you feel that way I am 35 also. Honestly if you lost the extra weight I bet you would feel better TRT thats up to you extra 20 lbs can have a big affect on the body if you are used to being in good shape all the time etc.

    Diet

I consume 2700 Kcal a day with a balance of carbs/proteins and fats using only whey protein in my smoothies as a supplement and mostly fruits as carbohydrates. It is not a matter of diet. I keep a very detailed excel document of everything I consume. Thank you for your reply. I maintain this while burning off 500-750 calories per workout. I realize as I introduce more weights my kcal intake and protein intake will increase but i aim to add a few pounds of lean muscle mass durning a cycle and lately I have just been trying to slim and see no changes after twelve weeks. Maybe I am not running a testosterone deficiancy and maybe I am. But something is going on and I am going to try some kind of cycle.

The question is which one, which supplements, and which PCT. If I can get any help with that I would appreciate it

Well then if I were you I would run a cycle consisting of Testosterone Enanthate or Cypionate (they are both pretty much the same). Read their profile and sides you might experience and so on. Once you come up with a proposed cycle post and we will help you. Also get your PCT in check and have a AI on hand.

I read about both Enanthate and Cypionate. Then having decided on Enanthate I am left with Deca-Durabolan, Dianabol, Winstrol, Clenbuteral, Anavar, and Trenbolone ....wow...i wish there was a beginner guide.

If i am correct this is your first cycle correct? Just stick with the Enanthate bro for your first cycle. That way if you do have side effects you know its from the test and not something else. If anything you can throw some Winstrol in towards the end of your cycle. But stick with the basics first. Just test will be PLENTY lol

Wlecome to 35 + bro. Nothing is easy from here on out. If your bf% isn't below 15 or 16 then your chances of sides ar emuch higher. Also, not to rag on you, but these things really aren't magical. YOu will ahve to work VERY hard on them and if you aren't doing that already then you don't need to start yet. Work your ass off in the gym for 6 months or so atleast to get you back in the rythm.

I assure you if you start too soon on the AAS and have results that once you hit PCT you will be worse off than before and each time gets harder. JMO

ok thank you....I appreciate it. I did forget to mention that three years ago, I got a slight tear in my left rotator cuff from only benching 275 so I am really sketchy about weights I dont need to lift. I have no problem working hard at all... but i am going to be very careful about it and dont need any more cortizone injections. I appreciate the info since there is so much conflicting and varying opinions on the web. If I didnt dig deeper I would be led to believe that simply havoc/winstrol was where to start

Well the standard starter cycle around here is test at around 500mg wk. Test Enth, and cyp are almost the same thing just go with which ever one you can get cheaper. Also you don't need to mess with those other compounds you have listed there. You need to read the stickies in the pct section and read up on injection protocol etc. It is important that you understand what you are taking and why you are taking it. BTW look to the stickies at the top of the forums they have a bunch of information those are your beginners guide.

The only issue I am having is that everything seems too readily available on the web and that puzzles me. I might have to talk to some people in person to evaluate if things are "authentic" Additionally I dont understand how Havoc and Reversitol ar so readily available if they are that effective. I just want to know what I am doing, get the real products and get my knowledge base down. Thank you so much for your imput

I agree with carter stick with test only for your first cycle and see how that goes for you if your using test e something like 500mg a week will be good

    I'm 37 BTW.

First and foremost is to dial in your diet. Keep up the cardio and LOOSE the extra BF (body fat).

Adipose tissue is the primary location for the synthesis of Aromatase. More BF EQUALS MORE Aromatase. More Aromatase = Much less Testosterone and Increase Estrogen. More E= a greater propensity for Lipogenesis (Fat storage), and so the vicious cycle continues especially the older you get.

The impact on T levels could be quite significant just from loosing a few lbs of BF, for a male your age.
