Don't worry about the PCT. It's not as big of deal as you might think. Yes, you should do one for sure but you have to work with what's best for you.
As for your first cycle, I agree with what someone else said, "leave out all the other crap" just use sus250 2 x week. You sound just like me 3 months ago! I did my first cycle on sus250 2 x per week, Monday's and Thursday's. After the 3rd week, I saw incredible gaines! I'm on Nova and Proviron now and keeping my gaines. I'll start again in 12 weeks once I finish PCT.
The first time I stuck myself (in the glute) I was scared, but after I did it, it was no big deal. Believe it or not, I actually enjoy it now. I do my right cheek on monday's and left cheek on thursday's; works for me.
