iam on a sust and deca cycle and just orderd a blood presure monitor will this also tell me if my heart rate is to high? as i feel like my hear rate is way to high at the min?. mainly when iam sleeping. thanks.

This will depend on what type of cuff you ordered. Most of the autoinflate style cuffs also measure your pulse. If your BP is a tad high you will/may notice your heartbeat more when lying down.
