Hey guys i started my sust250 the other day. First injection. I upped my protien intake as well today. Do you think it's test flu or protien? Hope its too soon for test flu. No other symptoms, no stomach pain just gurggly and diarrhea. Thanks guys!

AWWWW shit!!! I just squirted from laughing so hard. Yea, sorry for being a tard, I over thought. I upped my protien intake from 170 to 280 a day. I just hope my body adjusts somewhat quickly. Thanks guys!!

You need to learn A LOT MORE !!! If you are already injecting SUST !! and only eating 280 grams of PROTEIN a day that just shows me you don't know anything about DIET and that you shouldnt be using AAS.

In all retrospec, 6 months down the road I hope I'm happy enough to just keep dieting and decide not to do this at all.
