how much a-dex did u take.. it's takes alotta a-dex to bring your estrogen levels down to 20%ish

you wont believe me bro , but if i take a tablet AND my estro is super high , like when i took above 1500 test per week in a really messed up cycle with frontloading and all that shit , needless to say my estro was very high , if i take a tablet , at first i will feel a energy increase , then a little libido , good feeling etc.... then gradually i will feel like TOTAL SHIT the second day , the third day would be hell :

no libido , joint pain , EXTREME lethargy etc etc....................

well , this time i took a quarter where i did not need it really , i did not feel my estro is high , i am not bloated and i do not have any estrogenic sides.

i took it , first day crap , second crapper , third day HELL, then it ease out as it gets out of me. i am starting to feel a energy increase right now , but my libido is still non existant.

plus i am very irritable and i am kind of stone cold , not emotional AT ALL. which is not really normal to me.

i am a serious adex overesponder

test at 500 mg per week , i only took a quarter of a tab for one day . yes i know its not possible but its happening to me its friggin weird. i know adex in general does not lower estro that much in such a short amount of time from the first dose. but it must be a special case with me .

i literally feel it lowers my estro gradually TOO fast TOO low. i can literally feel it when i take it.

I think what jamy was asking is what adex dosage (in mg) but regardless yes, low estrogen can affect your mood, everyone is different but irritability would be a fairly common side.

yup.... but people also dont understand that it takes a week for adex to stabalize in the body, while stablizing iv found that it affects my sex drive, but goes away within the week..

if your taking adex as needed and dont do it on a more constant level, your estrogen levels flux.. causing issues

iv had more then one person tell me of it... iv exp it myself..

but i need to know how many mgs the OP is taking right now, he could be overdosing for all i know...

i am the op lol , i am not taking it at all right now . but when i do if i need it this shit happens with me all the time and i have to stop taking it cs its unbearable.

3 days , i seriously had to stop because the fatigue and all that was just so unbearable .

humm.... 3 days equals 2 doses if im not mistakene...


try cutting down the dose to .15 or even .1mg, and stick to it for at least 10 days...
