    49 yr. old NEW Picture

    49 yrs. old, picture taken 4-16-09 in Vegas. I hope to compete for the first time in june 2010, please tell me what I need to work on before my 1st copetition. Thanks

    looking good man! like said earlier. tough to tell you by that picture. not sure if its the angle of this pic but delts seem to be a tad behind. but again its tough to really tell. post a few more pics

    as said look like delts have little lag but you need to throw up some pics of you in different poses,you looking good keep it up.

    Looking terrific, and for 49, outstanding!

    For competition, from what I see in your picture I would suggest some more overall size, especially in the delts/upper chest, bring out the lats, and I am not sure about the lowers but it wouldn't hurt to make sure to put on some leg mass.


    Overall a terrific physique, and by June 2010 you should be ready to do some serious damage onstage. And from some of the contests I have been to recently, you could probably take a trophy right now!

    As was mentioned above..... for competition..... bring the delts up to speed..... fronts and sides. I can't see the rear's..... and we definately needs pics of the legs and back.
