I need a little bit of info/advice on what I should do. I am a month away from my 21st birthday and have been lifting for about 7 years now. My current frame is 5'8 190/ give or take a few pounds. When training with regular supplements such as creatine I see overal good gains, however I change my workouts up but to me it seems as if my body has hit a plateu. I experiemented with Dianabol about 20 months ago and found a great deal of strength increase. What I am looking for is to keep my frame, but maybe even add more weight along with becoming a little more ripped. Dianabol left me feeling bloated and a little edgy. I am an active athlete and would love to take my performance and appearance up a notch. Thank you for any advice you guys can give me, and thank you for your time.
