    cutting compounds...how to ask doc??

ok i am currently on 200mg of cyp from my doc for trt. my test level was 216. this is every 2 weeks. i am self injecting. he basically gave me free rain on my therapy and wants me to come in a couple months to chk levels. lets say i wanted some kinda cutting compound to trim while on the trt therapy. how would u ask the doc for something like a bodybuilder would use. would the 200mg every 2 weeks be enough to give me any of the anabolic effects. i havent used gear in years so im really not up on the latest stuff. thanks for the replies kevin

I'm not sure what kind of "cutting compounds" you're referring to,

but if your doc gives you a script for cardio...take it!

ok here goes... promise not to laugh im pretty new to diet and eating. I am eating 2 egg sandwiches with wheat in the morning a protein bar about 10a, no lunch at all, and couple of chicken breasts with whole rice and vegetables with my supper. No food at all after about 7pm, drink water mostly all day. I work outside all day long and its very tough to find a good meal for lunch i travel around alot during the day so no real ways i can think of to eat. I never know what cities im in to eat lunch so i cant get a routine going. I bet my bodyfat is 25-30 percent so im about 210 now at 6ft tall. I would like to lose weight but the only way ive ever been successful is on the adkins diet. thanks for any info. Kevin

Ugh, you need a lot of work with that diet plan. Your excuses are just excuses, how willing are you to eat correctly and see results?

they will give you a great idea as to how your diet should be looking

then do some math for me..
    Men: BMR = 66 + ( 6.23 x weight in pounds ) + ( 12.7 x height in inches ) - ( 6.8 x age in year )

once you have that number, you can multiply it by an activity number to figure out your daily caloric expenditure, be honest here as this is the very cornerstone of your diet, if you are between two of the below activity levels then just multiply by a number in between them

To determine your total daily calorie needs, multiply your BMR by the appropriate activity factor, as follows:

If you are sedentary (little or no exercise) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.2
    If you are lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.375
    If you are moderatetely active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.55
    If you are very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.725
If you are extra active (very hard exercise/sports & physical job or 2x training) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.9

once your done with all that, post up a new diet based upon what you've learned... we'll tweak it from there
