Ok. I been messing around with what cycle to do. Im gonna keep it simple
Test Prop 10 weeks 100mgs e/d
HCG weeks 7-10 500ius e3d- i wanna add it in but cant get a hold of it-
PCT- 3 days after last injection
Clomid-100/100/50/50
Nolva- 40/40/20/20
L-dex- .25mgs eod on cycle for any sides n maybe in pct.
Stats
20yrs
6ft
195lbs
15%bf
BMI- 3500-3600 cals
Lifting 7 years, 2 serious
Cycle exp- 1-deca n winny= bad idea
Goals- gain 10-15lbs lean mass n drop some body fat.
Diet- this is just part of it. I have to measure the correct amount. please help me with the diet any input will be good.
Meal 1-9am
7 egg whites
oatmeal
meal 2- 12pm
60g protein shake
meal 3- 3pm
chicken breast
brown rice
Before workout I usually toast a peanut butter n banana sandwich on wheat
Lift 4-5:30 after 90g protein shake with oats
Meal 4- 6pm
Chicken breast
redskin potatoes
green beans
meal 5- 9pm
cottage cheese
tortilla w/ veggies
snacks- mixed nuts and some fruit earlier in the day
before bed 60g protein shake
I got some tuna that i willl mix in there- i read the forum on protein pancakes n tuna burgers. definately gonna try that.
There you go. what should I expect from this cycle? should I run it longer or should I add another compound?
