normally you can take ketotifen clen for 2 months non stop , some people found that it still works great for 3 months non stop, after that you stop .

But again i wouldnt reccomend it for anyone , it made me severely dehydrated especially the first week , and from there on i couldnt wear my contact lenses anymore :S

The Ephedrine / caffeine / asprine stack is WAY WAY WAY better then Clen will ever be IMOP ive done both hell im on ephedrine right now. Ask anyone Ephedrine over Clen anyday
