Yo,

I'm about two weeks off my first cycle of Test E. Since then my back arms and chest are starting to break out with white heads.

Any suggestions.

Would the sun help? I have been putting rubbing alcohol on them to dry them out but it seems like its getting worse.

I had the same thing, I heard tanning can help. Or washing with Palmolive dish soap.

are you running a PCT?? im getting this really bad on my back rigth now. but it didnt start till i was taking clomid and nolva. and i can remember other cycles where i got bad bacne, when i started clomid. so thats what i attribute it to, but its just my best guess. ive been finished my PCT for a couple weeks now. and it looks like it is just starting to clear up.

If its really bad go see a dermatologist. If its really really really bad get accutane.

Really have to just deal with it for a few weeks untill your hormones restabilize themselves. Dont pick at them or irritate them or youll end up with scars. If its bad then see a dermatologist like akro suggested
