Honest reviews for the P90X or Dual Action Colon Cleanse?

I've never been too trusting of the "perfect cure" that infommercials provide for everything. Has anyone tried the "P90X" or the "Dual Action Colon Cleanse"; if so, how did they work for you?

p90x seems like a joke. $100 to do endurance workouts? great. and for a colon cleanse... if you really want to, they have "spas" that do that more professionally, but i don't see the appeal in it.

p90x is definitely no joke, I guarantee half of the people on this board couldn't even do it. If you care at all about being in good shape it works, if you just want big muscles and dont care if you cant run a mile with coughing up a lung then its not for you.

don't bother w/ dual action cleanse, eat fiber. bunch of herbs in super low dosages, laxatives inside of it. 20lbs of spacle trapped in the colon my ass...

P90x is great. Perfect for endurance and getting back in shape. No the best workout while on cycle
