    time between feeding and cardio

I have recently decided to do my cardio in the evenings about 2-3 hours before bedtime. My question is should I attempt to align my meals in a way that I am training on a mostly empty stomach. P.S. I stay away from carbs after 5 I hit the sack around 10. thanks

unless ur doing your cardio in the morning when u just wake up from a fast, do not do empty stomach cardio..
your best time to do cardio would be right after weights.....

But to answer your question, I don't like night time cardio at all, unless you are training for something. After weights or A.M. is the way to go.

you dont ahve to stay away from carbs by time.. if you workout at 6 than youll need carbs for PWO and then a refeed meal.. go by your workouts.. not time frames

not while on cutting diets with low carbs. if its a high carb up day you can do high intensity cardio. personally, i would never go over 3x a week and maybe 1-2 times a week during cutting on carb up days, BUT i follow up short bursts liek 1.5 min high 3-5 min low for 20 mintues
