    Question Syncronization

    In 4 weeks I will switch my training routines to end up increasing my strength/power, the total length of that period will be 12 weeks.

    I will do a 12 week test E cycle as well.

    Should I start shooting now or in 4 weeks?

    How do I syncronize both in a way to get the best results of my training?

    we need more info on what exactly you're going to be doing, what's your exact cycle, and what are your stats?

    Age?
    Height?
    Weight?
    BF?
    Yrs training?
    PCT?

    ok well you won't start feeling the effects of the test until around week 3/4 so I'd say start 3 weeks out from changing your training, or you can front load your cycle or kick start and then you could start at the same time. just my opinion of course.
