    Newbie cant find the right info on after recovery cycle maintenance.

    Just an overview of where i stand, i'm 6,3 185lbs 21 yrs old. have being working out taking protein and creatine for about a year now, and went from 170 lbs to my current weight (maybe 10 pounds of that is muscle at most) obviously im not satisfied, at this rate i'l reach my weight goal of 250 when im 30 yrs old lol.

    Enough about me, I'm starting a cycle of Test Cypionate 400mgs a week for 12 weeks with a dianabol 20 mgs/day for 4 weeks or untill i gain enough boost weight. i am also thinking of taking a 1ml of liquidex per day. This seems to be the best newbie cycle i can find.

    week 13 will be an off week to let my kidney breath.

    My recovery weeks of 14-18 will consist of clomid 100mgs/day and gradually bring it down to 20mgs/day. stacked with IGF1 60mgs/day first week, 40 next 20 after that and finally 10.mgs/day.

    My plan is to reach my goal by the end of this year. 185lbs currently wanna go clear over 200lbs.

    I would like some comments on my cycle and if it seems like a reasonable newbie cycle and if u have any bulking idea, feel free to comment but here is my actual question.

    I cannot find enough information on after recovery, will i be able to maintain the mass gain without a second cycle? I will maintain my workout regine and high calorie high protein diet, but will it be enough to keep the mass without having to constantly be on a cycle? has anyone here reached their goal weight and stop cold turkey and have being able to maintain that weight???

    At 6'3'' your gonna have to eat more. You should be able to naturally obtain 200+ with proper diet and nutrition

    Seems like you need to do some research on diet.

    Its not all about high protein, actually while bulking your carbs should be higher than you protein.

    I would not mess around with IGF-1. More than likely its IGF-LR3 and people have been trashing the stuff as worthless. 1ml of liquidex is a little much on cycle. Best bet for you is to began to look through the stickies

    I think a year is not quite long enough especially at your age. Give it some time and research more about diet and training before going to the dark side. You are small for your height and should definitely take some time to do it right.

    Holding on to gains is dependent on diet and training. At your height if you can't hold on to an extra 10 lbs then you gotta learn how to eat right

    i agree with everything Reed said. also i think you should hold off a few years, 21 is young and you should try to get above 200. you ll be happier if you wait a few years man, once you learn everything you need to know and learn how to eat as well

    without going into it to much.. just gonna flat out say it.. so hopefully you will listen

    too young..
    height weight ratio not enough
    diet needs to be set out and changed
    first cycle should be test only
    pct needs to be changed

    I have a 5000+ calorie intake per day with a 150+ g protein intake, with 20g creatine pills and 5+ regular bottles of water(thats just at the gym) not to mention sodas and juices throughout the day. I have a very fast metabolism, like i'll bustout into a swet walking 20 feet. Anyways ounce i got introduced to the dark side I was sold lol, no turning back now.

    Do you have any input on maintaining the weight after the recovery cycle??

    PS: Im deff thinking of supplementing my diet with a mass gainer when i start the cycle. although I would prefer most my weight gain to come from muscle not fat. Also i can post a pic of my body if that would be helpful.

    eating but how are you getting 5,000 calories with only 150grams of protein. And diet and sodas no good for gaining muscle
    Usually protein 1 gram = 4 cals
    fat 1 gram= 9 cals
    carbs 1 gram= 4 cals

    this is general
    With about 150 thats only 600 calories out of protein. What are you getting in like 900 grams of carbs and 130 grams of fat.

    um u just basically answered your own question by your reply... 5000+ highly doubt that if so not 5 big macs a day dont count.. 150g protein..? u need about 300 plus.. u want a good mass gainer..? good company makes it its called jewel or the grocery store...

    not to be a dick but u need a diet plain and simple so u can stop fishing cause nobody is gonna help if your dont listen to good advice given

    I deff appriciate the feedback man, dont take me wrong, its just that I have already made up my mind on starting this cycle. If anything, all your comments right now are making me think of lowering the doses. I wont start the cycle for maybe another month, il try and get the right diet set and keep working out daily in the meanwhile.

    Right now Im using gnc brand whey protein, 20g protein & 130 cal per serving and im taking 8 servings a day with milk so im getting 160 g of protein and about 2000 cal just from the supplement, I still eat 3 meals a day eggs in the morning, meat and veg for lunch, and usually pizza or some sort of carbs at night. I eat enough, my metabolism just sucks. Its like my catabolism is on full throttle while my anabolism is on vacation.

    u should be getting calories from food not supplements... carbs at night but the right ones..160g protein? u need 300 plus your diet needs serious tweeking.. its all in your diet i bet u u change that and u will gain.. naturally

    if your gonna do the cycle.(i wouldn't)...... do it right.. just do a single test cyp or enanthate around 400mg a week for 10 weeks nothing else, no d-bol.. nothing .. proper pct and diet..

    alot of my friends were like u 6'1'' 6'3'' 6'5'' from 220 to 295.. they were all 180-185.. got there diet right and thats were they are at now naturally.... and now there jumping on...

    i have some test cyp on hand, so i will take your advice and run a test cyc.If the test works out well and I dont have any bad side effects I will go into my 1st cycle. I was hoping the d-bol would increase my anabolism, everyone seems to have used it in their first cycle and have reported a 25+ lbs gain in 6-8 weeks. A 25 Lb gain would put me at my desired weight.

    About my diet, you think im not eating enough or im not eating the right things?
    I take this questions back, I need an to fix both.

    Im not a big meat eater, Whats the harm in getting my protein from supplements?

    d-bol 25lbs of water.. how much did they keep at the end.. i like d-bol actually

    your not eating enough and your not eating right at all..

    u need to figure out a pct before u start any cycle.. better read up alot about it.. without that.. everything you gain u will lose.. u will crash for along time.. and probably lose your girl cause u cant hammer her ever lol

    Im going to try and hit 200lbs before i start my first cycle? hopefully by the end of this summer (prob not tho) and pick up on my cardio.

    Im not a big meat eater(I cant eat meat throughout the day), can I get most of my protein from beans and supplement??

    My last question is how do I store the test cyp and d-bol safely so that i may use it when i need it later on? (I apologize in advance if this is not an allowed question, i'm not sure if it is or not...)

    proteins come from alot of food yogurt cottage cheese tuna chicken not just meat... in your sock drawer a cool dry dark place.. not meaning the fridge either.....

    lmao it was the flatulence comment that got me.
    I'm still going to go throught at least one cycle (especially since i already have it here) but if gaining a few more pounds will make it worth while then i dont mind waiting a for a little longer.
    In one month however I I might run a small test cyp cycle just to see if im prone to gyno r any other side effects.
    If all goes well i should be around 200 by the end of the test in about 3-4 months (positive thinking). Then ill run my 1st offricial cycle and shoot for 230-250lbs.
