    Hazard at 235lbs

    Hey guys,

I had a few pictures snapped with a cell phone so i thought i'd throw them up and let everyone see em haha. I don't really have anything to compare them too..... all i can say tho is when i left highschool at 18 i was 175lbs..... at 24 (almost 25) i'm 235lbs. I really struggled to get past 220..... but now i seem to be moving up in weight fairly easily..... just awaiting the next plateau LOL

    anyways..... without further adew......

oh.... my chest is my weak area.... the upper chest in particular. I have made some nice changes to it over the last few months but it's going to take a while for me to really have it catch-up......

It's strong..... it's just hard as hell for me to pack size on it. It's sooo damn frustrating! I can lay down and do 3 sets of 10 on incline bench with 125lb dumbells..... yet i'm lacking the size to show for it.....

    nice dude. looking huge.

    upper chest is a bitch,
maybe using a bar and adding more weight...keeping it around 6-8 reps
or changing your range of motion, like starting with the dumbells parallel to your chest and ending with them in a fly type posistion.
change the incline on the bench, too steep and you're incorporating your shoulders too much.

all suggestions made to me by bigger guys at the gym

    good luck man

yea man, flat pressing and low incline pressing have worked for me. i do a lot of weighted dips too. you just gotta add mass on that bitch however works for you. form is very important as well, own the weight, feel the fibers, become one with the chest.

6'1" - going from 220 to 235 has left me with stretch marks under my arms/chest and inside my legs LOL. I'm lovin this weight..... my goal is 250lbs. I want to be able to maintain 235lbs until my next go around. Once i hit 250lbs - i'm going to try to get cut up.
