    Experiencing some pain

I'm currently 6days into a daily cycle of 50mg of anavar with 10g creatine, CLAs, novadex by gaspari nutrition, milk thistle, nitrix and symbiotropin 5on2off. I have been experiencing some aches in my back that I think could be kidney pain or suprarenal gland distress, but I am not having any abnormal urine or pain which makes me question if it is kidney. I have taken the symbio and nitrix before and a differet creatine all with no problems, so it must be one of the others or a combo problem. Does anyone have any advice or opinions? Thanks

Also should I be doing a 5on2off or just everyday with the anavar. I have heard of both approaches being followed.

Take var everyday at 50 mg... I think up to 6 weeks is the general concensus. Maybe you strained your back lifting.

This is my first post and I'm in the first week of my first Var cycle. I'm also experiencing lower back pains running 60mg/day. I am not taking anything else to compensate like flax seed or milk thistle but I'm looking into that now. I am also curious if thar Var is causing this?

It must be the var if were both experiencing it. I will try forcing in more water to see if that helps. Do I need to be consuming more water than normal bc I'm on the var? I def have been just intaking my normal amount. But I stopped the var after Friday because I got nervous and the pain is still there and it's monday.

Unless you have some predisposed kidney problem known or unknown it is unlikely your kidneys that fast. Make sure you are getting about a gallon of water a day. And if it makes you feel better take some cranberry extract.

Thanks I will be more diligent about intakin more water than normal and will probably get some cranberry extract too. I don't monitor my normal water intake so it's hard to say what it is but now ill pay more attention to it and see what happens. And no I don't have any chronic kidney issues. Thanks for all the help so far

So after stopping everything this weekend I drank a ton of water and cramberry juice yesterday and thought I was feeling better so I took 25mg of just the var a few hours before bed and another 25mg right before bed. Now I woke up feeling that pain again so I know it's something the var is doing. I thought it was from dehydration but now I am not so sure because I drank five pints of water before bed. Is it possible that it dehydrated me that severly over night? I'm hoping so and am going to keep taking it today and get some cranberry extract and keep my water intake high and see what happens

Whats ur diet like?? Post it up asap!! Also are you drinking water all throughout the day and while ur working out and night time. I am on a Var only cycle now and have none of these problems with the proper diet and a ton of water all day long. I lift 5-6 days a week too with 7 days of cardio.........

My diet is pretty clean. An average day is two eggs and half cup egg whites with two pieces of high protein whole wheat bread, about five ounces of turkey a slice of cheese on the protein whole wheat, a cytogainer shake of proton and carbs and creatine, steak/chicken sweet potatoe and broccoli, and half cup of cottage cheese at night. I don't think diet is causing my pains. I am also starting to think it's muscular which is good but still perplexing. It's the worst in the morning but seems to lessen after a painful stretch. I need had this problem before the var though which is what's odd. Maybe it's making me tense up throughout the night? I'm trying to keep my water intake much higher and I got on cranberry extract to be safe but my urine is still fine so I think my kidnes are safe. I just don't know what could explain these pains even if they are muscular.

I think your diet needs work. I would suggest posting your diet in the DIET section and let them tear it apart. You are not getting enough protein into your system with your first meal, just to begin with. If you are really motivated and devoated to bettering yourself then thats the best place to start.

    probably hunger panges... lol

My first meal is about 30g of protein sometimes I also do a 20g shake too. But 30g in one meal should be fine it's not like I can utilize more in one meal anyway. My diet is def not at it's best as I know what that requires and have done it before, but that's not the question at hand, it was about the pains. But no problem thank u all for the help!

The key word you use is sometimes. Setup a meal plan and stick to it.............

For Example: I eat 2 whole eggs, 6 egg whites and two pieces of whole wheat toast at breakfast. And if you are having shakes you should be changing it out with whole food.
