    1st Cycle Advice

    I'm about to start my first cycle (just got all gear listed below), and though recommended by a close friend and healthy, 'jacked' friend, I'm wondering if this is a bit extreme for a first cycle after doing my own personal research for the past few months.

    Anadrol 50
    Sustanon 250
    AND Winny 10mg...

    For a first cycle stack is that too much?

    BTW;
    9% Body fat
    162 pounds
    5'10
    Extremely healthy diet

    (Note: I also got some liver protectors and PCT equip.)

    Sorry for the snide remark. Yes this is way to much for a first cycle. How old are you? Whatv are your goals.

    That cycle is no good as a first cycle if anything you need to look at diet from looking at your stats

    I'm 21 and have been working out for a little less than 4 years daily. I've been attempting to bulk up for the past year however, with only a few days per month doing cardio.



    Goal-wise I'm having trouble bulking up even though I'm continuing to make gains in the gym. I've had a very strict diet, and despite what most people will say, my diet and gym regiment alone just aren't cutting it regarding my goals and how hard I've been working. I want to gain both weight, mass size and continue with gaining in the gym.

    So an A-Bomb to start along with Sustanon ?

    You are having trouble bulking up because you are NOT eating enough of the right foods at the right times !!! PERIOD !!!

    no offense. I know most people think their diets are good, until we get a look at them and find they may be good for a DIET, but NOT good for growth !!

    FOOD is the magic key !!!

    layout what you eat in a typical day with times you eat , and lets start there.

    no sense in wasting steroids when you really shouldn't be using them yet anyway.

    and yes, that is WAY too much for a first cycle. How will you ever know which compound is doing What to your body, both good or bad? you may get terrible side effects or gyno and not know what is giving it to you......

    Here is my diet (Using FitDay as my calorie count)

    0800-
    2cups grilled chicken
    4slices whole wheat bread
    4 egg whites

    1000-
    2cups grilled chicken
    4sclices whole wheat bread
    4 egg whites

    1100-
    2cups grilled chicken
    2cups almonds or assorted nuts

    1300-
    4cups grilled chicken
    4cups pasta with red sauce
    4slices WW bread

    1500-
    2cups grilled chicken
    2slices WW bread
    1cup Lima Beans

    1700-
    4cups Beef
    2cups rice
    2slices bread
    2cups pasta with red sauce
    1cups Lima Beans

    1900-
    4cups almonds, assorted nuts
    1/2cup Peanut Butter
    2slices bread


    If my diet is messed up and I'm not getting enough calories 5,500 (burning 3,800), or protein, then I'm utterly confused as to what on earth I can possibly add or change... I've taken advice on this board before and have been told this diet would be perfectly suitable... I'm at a loss at this point.

    Well I'm asking for advice, not just, "THAT IS WAY TOO MUCH". As stated a friend had recommended it however BECAUSE of research I'm asking for more opinions as to WHAT would be a good start for large gains - not what NOT to use. I appreciate all help of course.
