    i heard people say they have used dbol as a bridge between cycles but can you use oxy's

    Use a low dose of test 200 - 300 to bridge better on your body then Anadrol or Dbol

    300mgs of test to "bridge" between cycles?

    100mgs of test will shut you down.

    Whats his previous cycle experience? Wouldn't go recommending bridging if it's his first cycle.

    it is my first one m8 . so i shouldnt do it then or should i just use the test .

    If its your first cycle there is no need to bridge to your second cycle, your running before you have even started to jog, just do the planned first cycle of Test only and couple it with a good basic diet and train hard/intense.

    u already did a cycle and u want to bridge or are u referring to the future..? first cycle test only.. proper pct diet so on..

    oh and my diet is reasonable . everything is healthy lot of veg chicken some red meet . sick of looking at tuna .


    got 2 weeks left m8


    age 39
    height 5ft 8
    wieght 13 st 7llbs
    body fat 12-14 % changes slightly every now and then 14% is at highest
    cycle this is my first
    lifting experience.
    been lifting years m8 but only started to do more as my sports life is over now . at 39 ruuning around a football pitch hurts to much lol
    pct got my clomid and novaldex ready
