unexpected Cycle alterations quarter way in?

ok so i started my cycle 2 weeks ago
2nd week in i decided to add in deca i done a preload shot of 400mg
from here forward its 200mg deca a week
i want to complete deca same time as test so the problem is ill have 9 weeks of deca, but it takes about 10 or more to actually start working
so im thinking ill make it 12 weeks deca and 13 or 14 weeks test (cyp@400mg) problem is i don't have the money for cyp as ill have to by an entire vial but i can afford sust as it comes in amps.
is it a wise idea to use sut for 2 weeks? it contains cyp, and the short esters shouldn't be a prob as my initial cycle is a long estered one.
any input?

should i maintain 9 weeks deca and 10 weeks test (still short of 1 shot seeing as i wasted an entire shot plunger pushed in, why was it in syringe well i come home late from work so inject at work and go straight to the gym from there)
