Stack advice

Hey Bro's, I have the option to do some stacks and would like your expert opinions on them. First off, im 5'9, 160 lbs, 7% bf, this is my first cycle so I wanna bulk up to atleast 180 lbs, but don't wanna lose my best attribute, my hard, cut appearance. Now the options... Deca/Winny, Deca/test, or Winny/test all with nolvadex on hand. Which one of these stacks would meet my needs?

I think your cycle is more of what FlipB is looking for. It sounds like he doesn't want any bloat or the smooth look, which will happen with deca.

yes, but remember deca is only as good as your diet. Deca works on a high caloric diet. Also how old are you bro? You didn't mention your age. Remember guys, we don't encourage AS to younger bruthers here.

FlipB... bro, you said you don't want to lose your hard, cut appearance. I've been there, from 170 to 190 with deca. Haven't done test but both of these lead to a significant amount of water rentention and will cause you to look bulkier/bloated and deca makes you look smoother all over. You will be bigger but you can expect to lose a lot of your cuts, and 'hard' appearance. Try some eq as opposed to deca. you'll get more quality but less quantity
