are you having problems with cramping? if so i would recommend taking some taurine, salting your food, and drinking more water for starters

do you meaning drinking as in water or alcohol? water yes, alcohol is a diuretic and thus would be counterproductive

Yes you can mix winny and test in the same syringe, or you can drink the winny but you might aswell pin it along side your daily shots of Test.

u can mix oil and water base ....... u also can drink winny too.. just lose a certain percentage of it form that...

Ive mixed them for years and no problems. I just wouldnt do large volume amounts in one inject site.
