Im am 40 yrs old and been exercising for years off and on. and a constent for the last 2 yrs! I would like some questions answered as i am ready to take it a step farther and dont want to make a mistake!
1) I am going to doctor today to get blood work done, anything in paticular i should ask for or have him do? And what am i looking for?
2) If everything looks good with blood, what is the steroid cycle and what to take for me as i do not want to put much more mass(10-15Lbs.) i just want to cut up! Especially my stomach! The summer time thing!
