im boxing im trying to lose last bit of fat here it is tell me what i need to change:
2-3 litres of water, multi vitamin tab, fish oil tab
meals all three hours apart
1cup of oats with a peice of fruit
2protien shake (its ment to be a cutting 1)
3chicken salad with a slice of wholegrain bread
4protein shake nuts an dry fruit
5chicken with salad or steamed veg and half cup of steamed brown rice
6protein shake
for meal 3 some times i have tuna
and i have green teas through the day... some time for meal 5 i have lean beef or lamb....
