    Weight Gainer shake: Drink or throw out?

    I bought a couple of tubs of generic weight gainer off of Craigslist last week for $30. The retail price was $65 for just the larger tub, and I thought I was getting a killer deal. I didn't even think of checking for an expiration date on it.
    When I opened the tubs, they were so packed down that they were a solid chunk of chalk. I'm drinking a shake from that batch now, and it's obviously stale. Should I drink it up anyway?

    I'm drinking the first shake out of it now. All of the powder sank to the bottom and just left water that looks like dirty dish water in the shaker.

    dude never us shakes to gain weight, now is the time to eat real food and as much as you want as long as it is clean....bulking is not for shake even post workout.....real food when gaining..

    I would love to be dedicated enough to rely on solid food only. I just don't have the time/habit developed yet.

    I hope to get down to at least 185 for summer. I used to weigh in at 170, but I don't think I'll ever see that again, even cutting 10# water weight.
