I have been lifting for a few years regularly. My stats are.....
age: 26
weight: 210
BF%: about 20
Diet: decent, protein heavy, lots of chicken, fish, steak every now and then, and the usual veggies every day. Maybe 3k-3500 cal/day. 200-250g protein/day
Routine. M/W/F 45min cardio walk in mornings weights in afternoon
T/TH alternating weights around lunch.
I have used this method for a few months trying to kick it up a notch but hit a flat spot in how heavy Im lifting.
Anyone care to comment?
