There is no BEST for either. You can cut or bulk on ANY compound, the key is DIET !!

HGH is great if you can afford to make the long term commitment..minimum 6 months, the longer the better though

As t-mos stated. there is NO best. Each steroid is designed for a particular. Hell certain ones will give you mimimal gains without the use of another... It all varies on what your after....

What T-mos said, it's all diet. But is difference if your looking for a bulker and more of a lean (harder look) but that also requires you to have a good diet!
