    Losing the Post Cycle war

    I recently finished 8 weeks of 300 mg test e/wk. Today is the start of week 3 pct, and I'm really having a hard time keeping size. I went from 204-230 on cycle, and have slowly come down to 226, despite staying at 6 clean balanced meals a day and 3 shakes. Anyone have little tricks with diet to keep weight on easily? Think it may be water? I did not use an AI on cycle.

    what are you running on your pct right now, did you get your bf checked and yes it could be water and four pounds in three weeks is not shit....IMO

    Thats nothing I have seen guys lose like 10lb of water after a cycle.

    My room-mate ran Anadrol straight for basically 3 months with Sust.. and after he came off, and started the nolva... no lie he pissed out like 10 pounds in a night.

    I do feel a little smaller. Strength is still slowly increasing. (DC Training FTW).

    I wouldnt worry to much man....go out and get some bcaa powder and sip on it through out the day when your not eating meals....cut way back on cardio and get plenty of sleep! oh and dont drink booze....give it 3-4 weeks and your balls will be back lol 8 weeks shouldnt shut you down for to long.

    you gained 26.. if you lose 10, that's still 16 gained!!!

    it's most likely you shedding off the water. so while you may think you appear smaller, it's just water weight.....

    i bloat like mad too

    yeah 4 pounds so far isnt bad at all.

    A good indicator on muscle lose is too look at your strength, if you lost 4 lbs and you are still putting up the same weight you did on cycle minus 2-3 reps than the weight you lost was primarly water weight and excess glycogen the body doesnt need.

    do u know your bmr/tdee??

    could u give me a detailed diet...

    though i dont believe your diet to be the culprate... it wouldn't hurt to double check..

    try to remember that every 1lb of muscle u put on takes an extra 70cal a day just to maintain... have u uped your calories accordingly??

    I think that just water weight. How is your waist? you should be gettin lil more definition? What kind of diet you used that increidable gainss for 8 weeks and what kind of test? You did very well imo.

    I religiously got 6 meals and 3 shakes in a day. Lots of red meat.

    you gaines 26 pounds on a eight week cycle of a long ester and didnt think it was water >>? .....

    pending on how your body reacts... your test e prob didnt kick in until week 4 if you front loaded week 5 if you didnt. .... so if you keep 10 pounds i would be happy if i were you ...


    what is your pct ... ? are you taking hcg >?

    Yep front loaded, why I cut it to 8 weeks.

    Yes, I'm spoiled, lots of strips and Ribeyes. But as far as seafood the only fish i can really get down is tilapia, so i saved money on that side of the board..

    You don't need those to gain weight, I just prefer them and have the money to buy them. Actually, cheap ground beef would probably put weight on you easier considering you're kind of "forced" to eat the fat.

    yea its probs just water weight dropping off! id be happy with gaining 16 lbs after dropping the water! I still got the best bit to come! lol!
