I recently finished 8 weeks of 300 mg test e/wk. Today is the start of week 3 pct, and I'm really having a hard time keeping size. I went from 204-230 on cycle, and have slowly come down to 226, despite staying at 6 clean balanced meals a day and 3 shakes. Anyone have little tricks with diet to keep weight on easily? Think it may be water? I did not use an AI on cycle.
