My research paper...

Was on steroids. I argued that steroid sides are overly exaggerated, and it is indeed possible to use AAS without serious health risks or death. Acutally, with relative overall saftey. It turned out to be 15 pages, and I used 15 sources (yes, one of them was Anthony, but it was VERY brief). the rest of the sources were actual medical studies (recent). I ended up scoring 396/400 (couple of minor grammatical errors) so a solid A (highest in my class).

In any case, if anyone is interested in reading it, i can email it. Just don't plagerize it for your next paper!

just for the record, my study is on the steroid use by healthy adult males. No women or adolescents.

What was interesting is that most of the associated sides were either exhibited by non-healthy adult males (women and children) and people who abused substances in high quantities for a long period of time (over 1000mg/week for longer than 6 months).

I learned a bunch overall. Especially the fact that there have never been a single study linking steroid use to death or serious health risks. Wow.

see, my only concern with that is if I ever need to use this paper as part of an application to university transfer or scholarship or whaever, a simple google search would show my paper online. At that point I'll either get accused of plagarizing 48volts, or having to prove I am 48volts (at which point I would have no confidentiality as far as my aas use). Not a good option either way.

I feel that Yesalis is more a "moderate" when comes to the whole steroid issue. He is not extreme in charging that steroids are 100% dangerous, but he doesn't claim that the problems are minor. He does mention that some of the sides are either blown out of proportion, or noticed in extreme abuse cases.

Taylor on the other hand is a c-ntbag idiot.

Either way, most of these people I used as a counter argument. For example I'd prove that one specific side is not that bad by showing that those doctors exhibited them in high dose situation, and not in moderate useage. so, we can't claim that sides are independent of doses.

I honestly feel anyone could argue your points, anyone on this board anyway. But probably not in 15 pages with citing so may solid resources, congrats on the top grade!

Just recently, I've gotten big enough, that people will make steroid comments. Pretty much anyone over 200lbs these days probably gets them.

I think honestly, 80% of guys would like to be 6' and a lean 210, and a lot of that 80% would like to be over 220 lean.

I feel a lot of those comments, stem from jealousy, almost a way of justifying their shape, or lack of shape.

No, I definitely didn't pay any mind to that aspect. I did not feel it was necessary.

To be honest, the paper was not written for anyone on this board with a slight knowledge of AAS. It was written for the average American who knows nothing about steroids except what the media tells them. Therefore, I wanted to write something simple to understand, and straight forward, that will explain AAS, its uses, and demistify some of the myths associated with it.

The point was to prove that side effects from moderate AAS use is not as bad as what people make them out to be, and that the serious ones are exhibited in those who abuse them for a long time in high doses.
