I have started my cycle of Fina/Test. I'm currently 210 with 12% BF. I have started a diet that has been given to me by someone who's opinions I respect and value. I just wanted to get other people's opinions. It's basically a cutting diet with consumption of lots of protein, low carbs, decent amount of fat, ECA stack, L-Carnitine, and Alpha Lipoic Acid. He knows that my is to get up to 220 with 8% BF. Is this possible with my cutting diet and cycle? My first cycle, I pretty much ate what I wanted and did get bigger, but this time I want to get big and ripped.
