Is it safe to stack Clen, Dianabol, Winstrol & Tamoxifen???

I Just found out my boyfriend is going to start taking 20mcg of Clenbuterol, 40mg of Dianabol, 40mg of Winstrol and not sure? how much of Tamoxifen a day, every day for almost 3 months. He said he would get off it for 3 months and then get back on for another 3 months and then off and continue the 3 month cycle for about 2 years. Is it safe to stack all of these and is it safe to take Winstrol with it's harder side affects for this long????? In the short amount of time I've had to research this I've not been able to find anything solid and so here I am on this forum. Any advice would be extremely appreciated.

Thank you for your reply. He's 38, 5'11, Mostly protein and veg diet, already does alot of weight training and naturally has a very large build. Chest is 50inches and no cycles before cuz he's never done any juice before. Starting for the first time probably Monday.

First cycle should be test only cycle then a good PCT!

Yup, test only cycle to start with, once you know how your body reacts to one compound you can add more, just direct him here to do his research and he will be fine!
