Okay. So the path my life is heading is a fat lazy bum.
Im in the Army reserves, but im pretty lazy.. gaining weight being stupid.
The past few years i keep saying how i wanna get in shape and get ****** blah blah.. typical poser talk... but now im seirous.
Im extremly considering going to school to try for my "Physical education Excersice/ Sport science Degree" That way i can learn about getting into shape by myself.
I now have a gym membership and im ready to go as much as possible.
What im asking from people on this forum is maybe some diet help. I have a poor diet. Here are some stats.
6'1
255 lbs. (People guess im 220-225) (lot of muscle mass im guessing)
I cant really say what i eat on daily basis caus eit changes.. but i do eat alot..
I dont usually eat breakfast.. ill wake up around 11am-noon. eat around 1-2. Ill either make a sandwich with some chips or ill go out to like Taco Del mar and get a fat mondo burrito with rice and beans. some days i wont eat till like 5-7PM... then ill eat again around 12-3AM. again its never something healthy.
I try to stay away from Soda... i mean id o drink some.. but not alot.. i try to drink "Milk,Water,jiuce" if i can.
What ima sking if someone could give me a idea of what to eat and when to eat it. Im looking to eventually get ripper with muscle.. i mean honestly i think i have the muscle i just gotta loose the fat.
So any fat burning tips are well appreciated. if you need nay further info let me know. im very serirous about this.
