    Talking First cycle advice

    Im getting ready for my first cycle.
    Its been awhile since I been on here, just busy with life and stuff and the gym still.
    Did one last natural bulk, which I will be resting a week before starting this cycle.
    So thats about 5 1/2 years natural training.
    Now my goal is to put on as much mass as possible.
    So far this is what I have on hand

    Arimidex 1mg/ml 20ml (Liquid)
    Nolvadex 20mg 100 tabs (pills)

    Dbol 25mg/ml 20ml (Liquid)
    dbol 10mg 82 (pills)
    Deca 200mg/ml 20ml (Liquid)
    Deca 300mg/ml 10ml (Liquid)
    Test E x4 250mg/ml 10ml (Liquid)


    I was trying to locate some HCG but had no luck.

    This is my first cycle and I want to gain as much mass as possible.
    Looking to do 12-16 weeks.

    Any advice or PCT ideas would greatly be appreciated.

    It would help to know your complete stats

    First cycle should be kept to ONE compound only, a single ester test, so that you can see how your body reacts to it. you take 2 or 3 different things, and you will have no clue what is doing what to your body both good and bad

    hey jack ...been a while welcome back. As stated why not go with a test e only 500mg/week 10-12 week cycle. adex on hand. Also id use nolva/clomid pct. Wait till next cycle for deca ..if u really really feel u have too dball first 4 weeks or so ok ...but id honestly stick to a straightforward test only cycle (even no dball). You will not be disappointed.

    Swap some of your deca with a fellow bro for another bottle of test e 250. Then run a 500mg ew cycle of that for 10 weeks.

    I was so happy with my first Test only cyle that I made my 2nd cyle the same. Great gains and minimal sides. Just try it and see, you can always do more but you can never do less

    I knew I was gonna hear this, nothing wrong.
    I totally understand, I just wanted to be able to put on some size with the deca.
    I had some of this for over a year, hopefully won't go bad ( i assume).
    Need to order some more stuff, ughh
    I know the dec and dbol was more a intermediate cycle.
    Just be about another half a year before I can touch the deca now lol

    Sorry stats are
    25, 5'8 185 probably about 12-13% bf, previous I was 6-7% bf at 160
    I went from 160 to 185 in my current bulk cycle.
    If any of you remember I was pretty much in contest condition for about 9 months and figured since Im not competing I'd put on some muscle.
    Also competed in 2008

    You will get huge, just make sure your diet and training are in check. No drinking on cycle...lol

    Im very very strict on my diet.
    Haven't really even cheated on my current bulk.
    Tired of the damn rice and beef.
    I use whole food as much as possible.
    I've done some logs here.

    Should I use the dbol as a kickstart or save them or just use test to see how my body reacts since that will be the only compound?

    some will say yes, its ok, some will say NO, stick to just the one

    its up to you, you will get a lot of water retention from the dbol, but it will give you a kickstart in strength until the test e would kick in

    I don't mind the bloat, but I would like to also see my bodys water retention reaction to test e, im sure its no where near dbol.
    If I can technically gain more being on dbol for a kickstart, sure thats fine.
    I also know its all water weight.
    But If im gonna gain the same size amount via test e say 4-5th week.
    Also It may be better for my type of job to blow up a bit over 4-5 weeks vs a week, I really do not want to raise eyebrows and my professional workplace.
    I think I will just stick with test e then even though Id like to blow up, id also be able to gauge my bodys reaction to test alone
    Thanks for that thread think, Its been over a year since I started reading up on this due to giving myself some more time as a natural.

    Will do, here was my current natural bulk diet

    I modified it a bit each week based on how I felt.
    Right now Im at 1 cup brown rice per meal where as I was 1.5 before.
    Also Off the creatine and added a banana at am.
    Used the ALRI mass stack (2nd time using it, works great BTW), creatine mono, beta-alanine, betaine.
    Size and strength went way up, last week currently, then i will rest a week for this next real cycle.
    Anyway, i quite modifying my diet because its almost over.
    Weights- 5x a week
    Rest- 2x per week.

    My diet will be the same, probably with some variations but overall I like to keep it the same and make small modifications.
    Asparagus is my vegetable of choice, love the directic effect and easy to eat and transport as I steam it fresh daily.
    Im pretty anal with my food and other supps.

    80 mg winn per day (tabs)
    100 mg primo per day (tabs)

    I am seeing some results but nothing like I expected. I am only doing an 8 week cycle and will try to do another cycle of something that gets more results. Do you have any advise on what would be a good second cycle?

    Why on earth would you feel you need 750mgs? Especially on a first cycle?

    I am on my 8th or 10th cycle and have never gone over 600 mgs/week

    More is NOT always better when it comes to steroids. In fact just the opposite is true. You want to use the least amount possible to get the most gains.

    FOOD if MORE important for gains then high doses of AAS

    Stick with 500 for as long as you can.......

    Thanks for the info, Just had to ask.
    Someone I knew actually wanted me to pyramid all that gear on first cycle (Yeh seriously)
    I know more is not better, Just wanted to get a solid answer, seen it around some threads here and what not.

    Just order some Clomid and Clen.
    Ordered the clen just to have really, no plans yet on using it.
    So I should have everything except HCG.
    So everything should be set and I will keep everyone up to date along with photos and such.

    Yes, I actually wanted to start my First year but I listened to a friend who is a national level BB.
    If it wasn't for him and his advice id probably have done it.
    Also after I found this board gave me some good info as well.
    I can't imagine how I would even gain much if i did it my first year based on 0% knowledge of nutrition.
    Now I got the food and other basics down.
    So yeah in the long run it has paid off, but I don't care if you do cardio or juice or bulk, it all means nothing if you don't understand how and why to feed yourself and understand what and why you are eating this vs that.
