    Question Algae and losing weight

ok so i go on a cruise line and for shits and giggles i go get my body comp done and find that I'm retaining 3.4 percent water in my lymph nodes, or so the trainer says. the trainer showed me the product that costs 600 dollatrs for 6 months and throwing some BS stats out there saying that detoxication accounts for 50% for losing all weight, and i kinda laughed because diet was liek 15%. he said that this certain type of product (not sold in AMerica), a mixture of algaes etc. etc, will drain the water out of the lymph nodes around the body so it will take that fat bloat look from water that we retain. anybody hear similiar things or know/supplement with algae?

You wanna rejuvinate the lymphs...and Im not joking around. Rebound...get on a ****ing trampoline and jump up and down.

Algae is good for certain things, mainly its high content of trace minerals, also can be a vegetarian source of DHA.

It will hav e amidly detoxing effect and can help to freshen up the GI tract so to speak but I would tell that train that if he wants $600 he would be better off giving blowjobs to the dolphins that swim by the cruise liner and ask them for the $.

If you wanna go get something much cheaper but very similar, go look for E3 Live.

Its a seaweed supplement, should be kept frozen at a local health store. You just take a but out at a time to thaw and keep the rest frozen, just eat some each morning, tastes awful but will give you full nutrient/mineral profile for overall health and do some internal cleansing and give you a good kick of energy.
