iv just got my protein in order i think am going to go with this for my protein intake but i need help with my carbs,
meal 1- 5 egg whites
meal 2- chicken breast
meal 3- turkey breast
meal 4- tuna
(protein shake)
meal 5- cottage cheese
meal 6- beef
(protein shake)
(throughout the day i am goin 2 eat pumpkin seeds aswel, iv herd these are a good protein source 2 snack on)
could use recomend what types of carbs to have with each meal, im tryin to get 350grams of protein and 350grams of carbs, fanx for the help
