5 IU's seems like plenty. Just enough for muscle growth, and good fat loss, but not too much to where i'll be getting nasty side effects.

I do have all I want, and I am doing 7iu's of rHGH with 15iu's of Novalog insulin both am and pm. Proper nutrition is critical with this!

I just can't see doing more than 15 - 20iu's ed, but I am sure there those who do.
