when should i start the others, and can i combine the whole lot

Is not this the same post as I answered a little while ago? As I said before you are pretty high on thr BF for only 11 weeks out! most guys would be 10-12% 15 weeks out! I think you are going to have a hard time getting down below 8-9% before your competition. If you are looking to get down to 3-5% like most who compete try to get too you are going to be in for a suprise!! that last 3-4% weill take 6-8 weeks alone and you would have to be at about 8% in the next 3 weeks and i dont see how that is possible
hey nines, yep was same post but wasn't getting any replies.
i since been in to get the calipers done and am in fact 13%, still goin to be hard
but there is another couple of comps week 14 & 15. When u think i should start the
cutting gear? and all together? sorry but only my 3rd cycle and its hard to get any good
advice out there y know.
3rd comp, lowest BF was 7% last year, i realize i need to be lower.
you really need to come in at around 5% or lower to be competative ( just being honest!) more importantly you need to make sure you are dry!!! Also are you familiar with how to carbo shock and load?? where for about 10 days out you add and cut carbs on specific days up until 4 days before. then the day before the show you want to carb back up to get the full ness back! It is honestly a science to get it right! Do cardio 2 X a day X 1hr each session! Very important you do the first one on an empty stomach! and glad you are not 15%!! Good Luck Bro
cheers nines, yep have done the carbo shock and load, but will be more effective at 5%!
keep jammin then!! just watch the amount of liquid you take in for the last 5-6 days before the show! I would drink 3-5 gallons of fluid a day for 5-9 days and then just shut down to about 12-16 oz a day then down to 6 or so oz the last 2 days before the show! you should eat some fish too! fish thins ou the skin and makes you look harder and leaner!
