Kratom

Anyone have experience with Kratom and if so which strains?

Initial reading suggests it's good for transitioning off narcotics/opioids. I am almost 100% off pain meds. Wanting to make the transition smooth both physically and psychologically.

Seems the Red Borneo / Red Bali strain is best for pain and sleep ?

Any way it interferes with CBD (no THC) ?

Starting dose of 1-2 grams ?

Can it be mixed with tea to drink ?

Has anyone use white strains as a preworkout ?

Thanks - answered a lot of my questions. All the canadian suppliers sell it as powder only (legal here). Not sure best way to use. Was thinking of just adding it to my tea but idk if that's an option.

Some of the worst tasting stuff I’ve ever had in my life. I bought a bunch of different samples and some seemed to work while others didn’t do anything for me. And when it did work it didn’t seem “smooth” if that makes any sense... it would knock me on my ass for a minute and then the next I would be fine. Also noticed I would have some nausea while using it.

What happened to my post from earlier?? Strange.

Ive used it. I bought the Red Vein Bali & White Indonesian. I followed the directions and ramped up. I used it for 2-3 weeks and besides a slight buzz sometimes, maybe a little more energy?? I felt no pain relief.

I also used CBD oil with no THC $$$$ with no success.

Maybe my post was deleted because I went into to much detail about what did work. Only Rx pain meds have worked for me but very low does and I have never increased over 10 years, only decreased from what I started at 10 years ago.

Im hoping after my shoulder replacements I wont need any eventually.
