Hi, I am about to start a cycle of Deca 300 and wanted some input and comments/suggestions from experienced and knowledge people. I am 23 y/o male weigh about 130. My problem my whole life has been stacking on weight, eating and working out I do, i could prob up my intake of both but when I start this cycle I will do so more in depth. My question is what do anyone suggest I do as far as my routine and daily motions go, as in eating, should I stack anything with it for extra protein, what kind of workout sessions should I do and so on.. Im pretty in experienced with this and would like some straight up feedback, thanks all for the input cuz I have no idea where to start only that I want to get bigger and I am starting this cycle in a few days but thats all I have right now, thanks again!
