    New User - Deca 300 about to take need comments/suggestions

    Hi, I am about to start a cycle of Deca 300 and wanted some input and comments/suggestions from experienced and knowledge people. I am 23 y/o male weigh about 130. My problem my whole life has been stacking on weight, eating and working out I do, i could prob up my intake of both but when I start this cycle I will do so more in depth. My question is what do anyone suggest I do as far as my routine and daily motions go, as in eating, should I stack anything with it for extra protein, what kind of workout sessions should I do and so on.. Im pretty in experienced with this and would like some straight up feedback, thanks all for the input cuz I have no idea where to start only that I want to get bigger and I am starting this cycle in a few days but thats all I have right now, thanks again!

    130kg or 130lbs?

    Read the newbie stickies. Also dont take deca alone.

    Do you have PCT planned?

    Read Read Read, Deca only is a really bad idea. Use this forum for a few month's and you will understand why.

    Man you need to EAT! i can gain ten pounds in a month easily with eating like a pig and training, you are too small at 130lbs BUT you dont need to use steroids at all until you are more advanced.

    I dont want to make it difficult for you so you dont get discouraged, but just eat anything you can get your hands on even if its not clean calories, EAT like crazy with no guilt and train hard, when you reach 185lbs maybe wether your lean or not, from there you can clean up your diet and tune up your training and then after some years consider a cycle.

    not eating a lot of food is just not an option for guys like you, me, or the guy with the baby faced avatar. we all need massive amounts of fuel to build and maintain muscle. saying 'im gonna do it once i get on my cycle' is simply not good enough. do it now, and forever, if you plan on maintaining largeness. there are a lot of reasons to do this for years before you jump on the aas bandwagon, most of them health related.

    Is this the 3rd Deca only cycle posted for today?

    DAMN do these guys just join and post without reading even ONE post first? I think I read for several months before even joining and only posted because after a lot of reading I was a little confuses still on a couple things.
