    I need some advice!!!

    Hi guys, iv been working out for a few months now and am getting pissed off at no signs of results, so decided to go on a 12 week cycle of test E and deca. will i see noticable results? how soon into my cycle will i see them? also is 20 hours a week working out about right?
    any advice would be great, thanks guys

    68kg? at 6 ft? You need to look at your diet. Taking Test/Deca wont do crap if your diet is not in check

    thanks rana, i take protien suppliments and try to eat as much as i can, but it always leaves me bloated and find it hard to train always feeling like that. do i just have to grin and bear it and keep on training?

    I'm serious when I say go to the Diet section, its not about how much you eat but what you eat. Read up as much as possible, talk with some of the vets and mods and trust me they will help. Post your diet there but realize it will get torn apart, dont take it personal. We are here to help, you would be suprised with the kind of results you can obtain with the proper diet.

    yea if your getting bloated after your meals and dont feel like working then your diet def needs massive improvement.

    I am not clear on this...

    Are you saying this is your first cycle, and its test/deca?

    20hrs a week is overtraining bro. Show us your diet and we will tell you what to do.

    You need to eat man, eat eat eat. Get a diet sorted in the diet section and read more.

    AAS isn't magic, you only get big if you eat/rest/train properly.

    Get your diet up and get that worked on first

    Yeh I would have spent the money you spent on your gear having a dietician get your diet squared away because you are not eating enough to grow

    thanks everyone, and rana i apriciate the help!!! ill look at the diet section ASAP. i read that to get big you have to 'eat, sleep and train big!!!'. this one website said that you have to work out 4-6 time a week for 4 hours with steroids, thats why ive been trying to train so hard, my joints ****ing ache!!!

    Dancer, yeh test E and deca first cycle, ****ing desperate now. ive always been skinney and weighed as much as a fart, i want to change!!!
