Picked up some packs of turkey breast tender lions at WalMart the other day.
Nutritanl Back panel gives 25 grams of protein per 4 oz serving. That sounds way high to me.
Can someone confirm this please. Taste better than chicken (alittle)

sounds right to me
I remember from the Milo's diet videos that the general rule of thumb for all meats is approximately 25g of protein per 4 oz.
My little application I use to track my macros daily says that turkey, pieces, light meat, meat only, raw (4 oz) is:
Cal 100g
Fat 0.5g
Fiber 0g
Carbs 0g
Protein 24.2g
So that is pretty close to your label.
I eat a lot of turkey. Thats seems right to me.
