    Two Newbie Q's

Greetings everyone. Just joined the forum, and I have a couple of questions that I'm hoping someone here can answer for me.

1- I'm 22 years old, and have been working out for 2 years now. I have now reached a plateu with intermediate (as in technique, not intensity) workout program. Would it be foolish to take steroids at this point in my life?

2- I have a small bone structure. This may be a silly question, but will test or HGH increase my bone mass, or just density? Any growth typical from ages 22-24?

    Thanks in advance guys.

Why not try some 'normal' supplements first. You could be surprised how well you get on with them.
Your bone mass can be improved with a good diet and heavy lifting and or martial arts.

Yes, I somewhat expected this answer. And you're right, I haven't hit a plateu, I just want a boost, that's all. I am very small genetically and a hard-gainer, and as such I'm sure you can understand why I would want a kick-start.

    My stats:
    22 yrs
    5'9"
    160lbs

I know this may seem small to you, but compared to only a year ago... I'm a monster! Heh... anyway, thanks for the advice. I agree with you. I'll take some time to let myself grow naturally and educate myself in the meantime. When I plateu, I'll start trying to figure out how to acquire steroids...

Thanks guys, I appreciate the honesty. Not sure if you intended to, but the little you've said has motivated me to redouble my efforts with natural bodybuilding.

that's what i like to hear, now let's see that diet so we can critique it, i guarentee we can help you break your plateau with some changes to it

write out EVERYTHING you eat for a day(amounts of each food and macros for each meal as well), then total the macros and calories for the day and post, i know it's tedious but it helps us greatly to have this done
