Im currently doing my first week of hard cardio 30 min when I wake up on empty stomach (avg heart rate 140-150) and again 20 min after 1 hr of weights (avg. heart rate 160-170). I am take 6IU ed for 4 weeks and 4IU for 4 weeks and alternate that every month. My question is with that hard of cardio will it hinder my muscle gains and cause me to lose muscle even though I am taking high doses of hgh???
