good cure 4 spots

just started my secound cycle and i am getting spots on my back and shoulders really annoying. just wondering is there anything i can take..

anti bac soap and water! and one of those back scrubbing things! spots are caused by increase in grease and oil on the skin! should be ok with anti bac soap! unless its acne, then u would need something stronger!
