well if i was only going start with 15 min cardio after weight training to start with, i would just have pws after cardio.
but when it starts moving up into the half hour and hour mark.
i would have it after weight training, then go on to cardio.

i would have the PWS after the cardio and only when bulking.. when i cut i simply take advantage of more fat kcal burn.. your anabolic window is much larger than you think the point to do cardio would probably be to lose fat rigfht? so why would you want to do cardio with all the excess calories/carbs which will go first.

it depends on the persons pws bro.

if it is just protein and some bcaa, then i think straight after training will not do any damage.

also though personally when i am cutting, i decide to leave my pwo to after my cardio so i can utilise fat burn.

Cardio while bulking! Psh. Do your workout, cardio - come home drink or eat. Works best for me. Usually I am starving after training anyway.
