    'Me-Specific' Gains

I'm not ignorant - I've read through other similar posts on what kinds of gains people see during their cycle, however I'm looking for a more 'me-specific' estimation of gains in not only weight/muscle but also with lifting from experienced veterans. If you don't have an educated guess, and plan on using a preconceived answer, please don't post.

    Cycle;
    D-Bol 30mg (4/wks)
    Test E - 250/twice week = 500 (12/wks)
(Using milk thistle during D-Bol usage)

    PCT- Nolva

    21/years old
    5'9''
    168/lbs
    9% body fat

    5,500/calorie clean-diet (650g protein)

    Gym Stats

    Bench Press - 225 x3
    Dumbbell Fly - 50lbs x6
    Squat - 405 lbs

    So basically here are the questions outlined;

    1. With my Body-Stats and Cycle what would be a semi-accurate gain in muscle weight?

    2. Now, being 9%, I am very cut overall, especially in my stomach. Knowing that D-Bol is infamous for retaining water, will I lose a lot of definition in my stomach during OR after the cycle?

    3. On the simple three stats I provided from the gym, what types of gains will I see while on this cycle? How much will I keep after?

I appreciate your help, I'm new on the forums so if I left out any necessary information, I'll edit on request.

650grams of protein? Talk about overkill

It has been said once and will be said again and again NO ONE CAN TELL YOU HOW MUCH YOU WILL GAIN. WE ARE NOT PSYCHICS AND WE ARE NOT GENETICISTS.

Gains depend on a variety of variables, with a good diet most people gain anywhere from 15-25lbs on their first cycle sometimes more, since you are running dbol you will have water weight so your total gains will not be known till after you get off cycle and the excess water leaves.

isn't a pre conceived answer the same thing as a guess?

    1)
You should post your diet up in the DIET FORUM and let those guys take a quick look for you. 5'9" and only 168, you could get to 200 easy with diet and hard work.

    2)
Like IS said, you ask the impossible ? Kinda like asking for the winning lotto numbers. Anit gonna happen.

    3)
If your going to be part of this board (and welcomeby the way) you may want to rethink how you ask for avice and help.

Apparently he eats a whole cow in one day. I have a feeling he might be a werewolf.

Haha. I've posted my diet up in the DIET forum. It's there for the looking... Not cows... entire farm-full's of chickens ha.

Sorry I didn't mean to ask an impossible question, I just noticed looking through the forums that a lot of the people giving their input regarding 'AS Questions&Answers' proclaim that they were on a cutting cycle and all seemed larger, so maybe what I meant more so was not an estimation of my own but... with 9% body-fat or the like and lower weight, will Anabolic's work similarly to if I were 200 lbs say?

Ok....... How long have you been on this diet, laying waste to chicken farms and what not, and how many years in the gym. And I mean constant training, off and on for 5 years dont count.

as long as your diet training and recuporation are spot on then i dont see why you wont put on 10lbs upwards,
but no-one can tell you exactly how much as this will be down entirely to your body as each and every one of us is diferent,
what may work well for me may not for you...............

You can take two people the same hgt, wgt, bf% the same diet using the same gear and one can gain 5-10 more muscle then the other. It can be genetics or how the gear works on your body. Hard to say but you can gain 10-15 solid muscular pounds

21, 5'9, 168.. how long have you been really lifting like you mean it?

  12. #12
I just got out of the military, so lifting 'like I mean it', a little less than 4 years. Lifting while NOT doing cardio, as I had to before, about 6 months or so.

This diet... I recently modified it after prior advice however it hasn't changed MUCH except for added almonds and little things, such as vegetables for the past 2 months on this specific diet.

I would personally cut down on your protien and caloric intake to start, some is good, more is not better. Top bodybuilders only use id say max 2g of protein per pound of body weight, for 99% of lifters 1.5g per pound is also more than enough. At your body weight id think you could get the same gains your getting only eating say 3500 cals and 250~340g of protein daily, probly even feel better not being so full, you have GOT to be almost force feeding man :O

169lbs x 1.5g protein per lb = 253.3g protein needed a day for 99.9% of us. Reason id say reduce it is, if you keep your %'s in check, your also getting a higher amout of carbs and fat to keep up with the protein, no need to be taking in that much extra cabs and fat. Sometimes less is more.

Np man, thats what were all here for, I too was trying to go overboard with my protein taking in like 400g a day, and wondering wtf was going on, went down to 280g or so a day, and oddly started gaining again.

You also need to continue using the Milk Thistle after the DBol, that's when the liver will need it most.
I agree with the other dudes 650protein is way too much.
