looking at some clen. Looking at the liquid forms and one is a spray bottle and says 200mcg/ml. have you guys come across this and how the f**k are you supposed to be able to say take 60mcg, I guess just ditch the spray top and use a dropper?

I use it. Each squirt comes out as 10 mcg's.

Go to a pharmacy and ask for a 1ml syringe without a needle.

i agree with diesel. 10 pumps should equal 1ml. 60mcg is 6 pumps and so on.
